Sealless tools are designed for strapping of flat packs of metal, lumber, plywood, MDF, building materials with regular or high tensile strap with strap tension up to 1100 N/mm2. This sealing method eliminates the need for separate joints and provides an opportunity to save on general costs.
The average seal strength is 80–85% of the strength of the steel strap. Manual strapping tools are mobile; they can be used where it is impossible to perform a stationary strapping. They are very easy to apply, since the steel strap is pulled by hand lever and then securely fastened with a small separate lever.
